California State University, Dominguez Hills, continues to invite
applications for two (2) full-time tenure-track faculty positions for
appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the College
of Business Administration and Public Policy for the 2005-2006 academic
year, which begins in late August 2005. Appointments and starting dates
for positions are subject to the availability of funds.
Hospitality Management: Basic responsibilities include teaching,
scholarship, and service. Qualifications: Earned Ph.D. or D.B.A. in
business administration or a related field with a major in hospitality,
sports and entertainment management. Terminal degrees from closely related
fields and majors will be considered. (ABDs will also be considered.) A
record of or potential for effective teaching and scholarly research and
publication in the field of hospitality, sports and entertainment
management. Ability to build academic programs. Preference for relevant
professional experience and the ability to interact effectively with
