Department Head/Instructor Hospitality Management Program

Minimum of a Master's in Hospitality Management, Hotel, or Restaurant Management or related field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in hospitality management courses. Must have 5 years experience in leadership position(s) in the hospitality field. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Educational background sufficient to teach all phases of an associate degree program in hospitality management. Demonstrate experience in developing community partnerships. Teaching experience in higher education is preferred. This position is responsible for instruction, recruiting students and part time faculty, and managing a budget and other resources. This individual will serve as the liaison between Savannah Technical College and the local hospitality leadership.
