faculty openings:
Culinary / Baking & Pastry
Positions: adjunct & full-time Chef Instructors
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a
Bachelor's degree with an additional degree or certification in Culinary
Arts. A Master's degree is a plus. Expertise in cuisines of Asia or Latin
America is a plus.
Hospitality Management
Positions: Assistant/associate/adjunct professors
Required qualifications include a master's degree combined with relevant
work experience in hotel management or food & beverage operations and
college-level teaching experience.
General Education Core
Positions: Instructors in Psychology, Sociology, Human Nutrition, and
Physical Geography. Qualifications: M.A. plus college-level teaching
experience.
