Fashion Merchandising, and Hospitality

Nine-month, tenure-track Assistant Professor positions beginning August
2004. Additional faculty needed to meet increased enrollments in fashion
merchandising and hospitality. Screening of applicants will begin June 1,
2004, and continue until positions are filled.
HOSPITALITY
QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree plus 30 hours in hospitality management or
a related field with evidence of successful hotel management work
experience and teaching or training experience in an institution of higher
learning. Preferred: Doctorate in hospitality management field, with past
teaching and scholarly/professional experience in hotel management or
hospitality management or related field.RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach
hotel/restaurant management courses. May also teach lodging, food service
courses, supervise interns, and assist in the development of the lodging
curriculum and courses, development of online courses, and hospitality
option. Other duties assigned by the Chair.
