West Kentucky and Community Technical College is seeking an energetic
faculty member for the following full-time, ten-month position.
Culinary Arts Program Coordinator/Instructor
Required qualifications are a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Food
Service Management or related culinary field. Master's degree preferred.
ACF certification - CEC, CEPC, and/or CCED required. Five years industry
experience at a management level, and two years classroom teaching
experience on either a full or part-time basis.
Responsibilities include coordinating all culinary arts program offerings.
Teaching, participating in curriculum development, student advising,
divisional meetings, college committees, and professional culinary arts
activities such as catered events and guest chef series. Assisting with
student recruitment and community relations and performing other related
duties as assigned.
