related field required. Must have a minimum of three years professional
work experience at a management level in a high volume production kitchen
with certification as a Certified Executive Chef. Serv-Safe certification
required. Ice-carving experience preferred. Teaching experience in a
related area required. Must possess strong leadership and management
skills along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
