Associate Dean for Hospitality Management
This strong leader will report directly to the Dean of Liberal and
Management Studies and oversee curriculum, instruction, faculty
performance, program development, and overall operation of the Hospitality
Management Department. Minimum academic requirements include a Master's
Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Foodservice Management or
related field. Ph.D preferred. Successful candidate will also possess at
least five years' prior industry experience, combined with five years'
experience in higher education.
