Ming Chuan University, Taiwan is seeking English-speaking faculty (Ph.D.
in hand by 8/2003) for associate and assistant professor positions in the
following fields: Applied Linguistics, Translation/Interpretation, Second
Language Acquisition, International Business Marketing/Management, Public
Relations, International Affairs, Information Technology/Management,
Environmental Protection/Ecology, Hospitality/Tourism Management,
Operations Mangagment and Journalism/Media.
Teaching load is 9-10 hr/wk for two 18-wk semesters. Research & service
also emphasized. Limited number of Instructor positions also available for
those with MA/MS (degree in hand by 8/2003) in same fields. Salary range
