Cookery Classes at
Crispin's
Crispin’s run cookery classes on
Mondays and Tuesdays, plus a two-day course on those days for
two couples, including an overnight stay.
There are two courses each day – from 10am to 3pm, costing £45
per person, and from 7pm to 11pm at £35 per person.
There will be a maximum of six in each group so that everyone
has hands-on experience. Food cooked during a lesson will be set
out in the garden room to be enjoyed with wine at the end.
Courses start with an introduction over coffee by Crispin’s chef
and co-owner Ewa.
The courses will cover many aspects of cooking…such as soups,
starters, fish and seafood, pastry and cakes, bread, risotto and
rice, winter comfort dishes, vegetables, egg dishes, soufflés,
desserts, buffets, different cuisines from around the world,
presentation and how to plan a stress-free dinner party.
TWO-DAY COURSES
For two-day courses add £57.50 for a one-night stay for two
people in an en-suite room with four-poster bed and full English
breakfast. For a two-night stay for two people add £100 to the
price of the course.
