During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2002 (fiscal 2002), the Company continued
to grow its business around its two core brands, Traditional and Grasshopper,
and introduced Alberta Genuine Draft in cans. During fiscal 2002, McNally's
Reserve was introduced in draft. It replaced the Company's Black Amber brand,
which had been experiencing declining sales. Also during fiscal 2002, India Pale
Ale replaced the Chinook brand. Big Rock intends to develop more lager-style
products in the future.
