City Developments Limited (CDL), incorporated in 1963, is an international property and hotel conglomerate involved in real estate development and investment, hotel ownership and the operation and provision of hospitality solutions. The Company operates in 18 countries spanning Asia , Europe , North America and Australasia . CDL has over 200 subsidiaries and associated companies, including eight companies based in Singapore, London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Auckland and Manila . In Singapore , the Company owns a land bank of more than five million square feet, comprising residential and commercial land. This land bank has the potential of being developed into approximately 10 million square feet of gross floor area. CDL is a residential developer and has built more than 15,000 homes in over 60 projects in Singapore and the region. The Company also owns approximately five million square feet of office, industrial and retail space.

The Company's London-based subsidiary, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (M&C), is a hotel group with over 100 hotels across the gateway cities of 16 countries. These cities include London , New York , Paris , Sydney , Singapore , Hong Kong and Taipei . CDL has another subsidiary, City e-Solutions Limited (CES), geared to provide technology solutions for the global hospitality industry.

CDL offers properties for sale, for lease and for rent. Properties for sale include Chelsea Gardens , Gloucester Mansions , Sixth Avenue Ville, Sunshine Plaza Residence, The Equatorial, Villas at Kew , Faber Crest, Guillin View, Sophia 98, Thomson 800 and Trellis Towers . Properties for lease include Republic Plaza, IBM Towers, Palais Renaissance, Centre Mall, City House, Fortune Centre, No. 1 Shenton Way, The Arcade, Chinatown Point, Commerce Point, GB Building, Plaza by the Park, Golden Mile Complex, King's Centre and Tanglin Shopping Centre. The Company's properties are both commercial and non-commercial. In addition, properties for rent include CDL's hotel holdings.

The Company operates hotels in Singapore , Taiwan , Korea , Australia , New Zealand , Malaysia , Indonesia , Hong Kong , the United Arab Emirates , Germany , the United Kingdom , France , the Galapagos Islands and the United States . CDL's hotels include Grand Hyatt Taipei, The Plaza New York, JW Marriott Hong Kong, The Regent Kuala Lumpur and Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington, among others.
