Cara Operations, Canada's largest restaurateur, operates some 190 Swiss Chalet restaurants (three-fourths are franchised) and about 360 Harvey 's fast-food restaurants (85% franchised). Its ATR unit sells food, beverages, and merchandise at concessions in major airports in Canada , while its Cara division provides catering for more than 50 airlines. The company also owns coffee retailer Second Cup and has units that cater to institutional clients. In addition, Cara owns a stake in restaurant group Kelsey's International. In 2002 Cara sold its health services division to Compass Group Canada , and exchanged its stake in restaurant group Spectra for a 74% stake in Spectra's Milestones Restaurants chain.
