Planet Hollywood International is trying to hold its orbit. The movie-themed restaurant chain has gone into Chapter 11 bankruptcy twice between 2000 to 2002. It is down to about 30 Planet Hollywoods in 18 countries. Planet Hollywoods are decorated with showbiz memorabilia, serve pricey dishes (including an $8 hamburger), and sell movie-themed merchandise. A number of movie stars own small stakes in the company. An investment group that includes Saudi Prince al-Waleed bin Talal, Ong Beng Seng, and chairman and CEO Robert Earl controls 70% of the company
