Set aside your notions about bullfights and siestas, TelePizza wants you to know that pizza has found a friend in Spain. The dominant pizza delivery chain in the country, the company owns or franchises about 870 pizza outlets (mainly in Spain, but also in seven other countries). TelePizza outlets cater to families and children and are known for delivery service. The company also has formed 50-50 e-commerce joint venture A Tu Hora with Spanish Internet firm Terra Lycos. Chairman Pedro Ballvé Lantero (who is also chairman of Telepizza supplier Campofrio) owns about 9% of the company.
