Allied Domecq plc is an international spirits group and a global foodservice business. The Company's Spirits & Wine division operates through over 50 businesses worldwide, and owns or controls distribution of 89% of its sales volume, which exceeds 50 million cases annually. Its core spirits and wine portfolio includes Beefeater, Ballantine's, Courvoisier, Canadian Club, Kahlúa, Malibu , Maker's Mark, Sauza,and Tia Maria. The Company's Quick Service Restaurants division is comprised of the Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Togo 's brands, with more than 10,000 franchising outlets worldwide.

Spirits & Wine

The Company owns 13 of the top 100 international premium spirit brands together with a range of fine wines from all over the world. The Company's core spirit brands are: Ballantine's, a scotch and whisky brand; Beefeater gin; the Kahlua liqueur/cordials brand; and Sauza tequila. Other key brands include Tia Maria coffee liqueur; Maker's Mark handcrafted Kentucky bourbon; and Courvoisier cognac. The Company's appellation-specific wines fall into the super and ultra premium segment of the market and include Clos du Bois ( California ) and Marques de Arienzo ( Rioja , Spain ). In September 2001, the Company acquired Kuemmerling GmbH, a family owned business based in Bodenheim, which produces Kuemmerling, a major German spirits brand.

Quick Service Restaurants

Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Togo 's are brands principally in the United States , but also in Canada , Japan , Korea and the Philippines . Dunkin' Donuts is a coffee and baked goods chain with 5,000 stores in 40 countries selling over 4.4 million donuts daily. Dunkin' Donuts offers a variety of donuts and a wide range of bakery products (muffins, bagels, cinnamon buns and Munchkins donut hole treats), and fresh hot coffee in nine flavors and iced coffee. Baskin-Robbins is an ice cream franchise with 4,500 outlets in over 50 countries. Baskin-Robbins develops and retails a full range of frozen ice cream treats such as ice cream cones, sundaes, shakes and its frozen-coffee line of Cappuccino, Kahlua, Mocha and Chocolate Blasts. Togo 's is a chain of sandwich bars (over 300 stores in the United States ) serving 60,000 sandwiches daily. The Togo 's menu offers everything, from traditional deli combinations to vegetarian selections and salads.
