Vincor International doesn't mind having some of its assets frozen. Canada 's largest wine producer, Vincor also makes and sells Inniskillin ice wine, a specialty wine made from grapes picked frozen on the vine. In addition to its premium wines, Vincor also sells hard lemonade, cider, wine coolers, and wine-making kits, and it operates about 170 Wine Rack retail outlets. The company has more than tripled its sales of wines in the US as the result of its purchases of two US vintners of premium wines: R.H. Phillips in 2000 and The Hogue Cellars in 2001. It bought Australia 's Goundrey Wines and also is looking to expand through acquisitions in Europe .
