The Sagamore

The Sagamore has internship/externship opportunities available throughout the resort.   These internships combine practical work experience with The Sagamore's management philosophy.  Students will generally concentrate on one area throughout their internship/externship, however, opportunities for cross-training are available.

Some of the areas where internship/externship opportunities are available:

*  Culinary
*  Accounting
*  Spa/Waterfront
*  Housekeeping
*  Food & Beverage
*  Front Office
*  Human Resources
*  Social/Children's Program

It is a Paid Internship/Externship!
Interns/Externs at The Sagamore will paid an hourly wage.  Non-gratuity hourly rates start at $7.00.  Students desiring to receive academic credit should make arrangements throughout their school.  If at all possible.  The Sagamore will accommodate any special request or requirements.

Internship/Externship Dates
Internships are offered in:
*   Summer (May-August)
*   Fall (September - December)
*   Winter (January-April, limited number available)

While we realize that internship/externship requirements vary depending on your college/university, we do require that all  summer interns/externs remain employed with us through Labor Day.
