Job Description:

Training Description: The AAFES BK Manager training program is 9 weeks long. The training program requires successful on-the-job performance as well as take-home study material, verbal and written tests, special projects and regulations to become familiar with.
Applicants successfully completing the training program will be given their first assignment which can be at any Army or Air Force installation. First assignments are in the U.S. As an AAFES Burger King (BK) Manager, you'll be expected to operate a fast-paced Burger King facility.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Prefer an Associate's degree from an accredited university, preferably in
Hotel/Restaurant Management, Food Service Management or Business Management. Must be CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, able to lead by example, with strong leadership skills, high energy level, sound communication and interpersonal skills and personal adaptability to respond to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Food experience is required, some fast food experience strongly preferred.

Training Location: Dallas, TX.

Eligibility: Must qualify for an U.S. Government no fee passport and WILLING TO RELOCATE WORLDWIDE.
