SakéOne
Corporation
SakéOne is the only American owned saké maker in the
world. We combine the best of Japanese tradition and American
innovation to produce award winning premium sakés that are
tailored specifically to saké enthusiasts and wine drinkers
alike. And, unlike our competition which uses machines
throughout the manufacturing process, we took a step back in
time by equipping our kura with a special cedar lined koji room
where the koji-kin enzyme is introduced by hand to each and
every grain of special saké rice used to produce our
smooth-tasting, aromatic sakés.

Hakushika
Tatsuuma-Honke Brewing Co., Ltd.
An ancient Chinese legend tells of a mystical white deer with
spiritual powers. One day Emperor Hsuen Chon (712-756 A.D.)
found this beautiful animal roaming the grounds of his palace.
Words and a crest engraved on a copper medallion at the base of
the antlers of the deer attested that it had survived for over
1000 years. Since that day, "Hakushika" (the white
deer) has been recognized as a symbol of "one thousand
years of longevity." We took our name from the legend of
over 330 years ago, Since then, Hakushika has been synonymous
with legendary quality sale throughout the world.
