Description
The Pacific Northwest Chapter/William Hunt Scholarship Fund is awarded to
employees of an ASTA member organization in Area 10 (Oregon and Pacific
Northwest Chapters of ASTA). To qualify for this award, you must be
seeking a certificate in the ASTA Certified Specialist Program, the ICTA
certification program or you must be taking a course at an accredited
college or university offering a travel and tourism certificate and/or
diploma. You must also submit a 500-word paper on your desire to further
your pursuit of a career in the travel industry and a letter of
recommendation from your ASTA member employer confirming Area 10
membership of your employer. A minimum 2.5 GPA is also required.
