Description
The Rocky Mountain Chapter/Donald Estey Scholarship is awarded to students
in the travel industry. To qualify for this award, you must be either an
individual starting a travel/tourism career and attending a licensed
preparatory travel program, an employee of an ASTA member travel agency in
an ASTA education program/ ICTA destination specialist program or you must
be participating in another industry training program. In addition to the
aforementioned qualifications, you must be eligible for the specific
educational program for which you apply, you must write a letter
describing the proposed use of the award and you must obtain a letter of
recommendation from an officer of the ASTA Rocky Mountain Chapter (for
individuals entering the industry you will need to include your latest SAT
test scores).
